I almost never offer one-on-one coaching to the general public. Normally it's group coaching with the prop firm. This is only the 3rd time in 2026 I've opened my private one-on-one doors, and they close Friday at 11.59pm ET.

In their own words, on video. Individual results; not typical or guaranteed.
9:31. Your setup is there. You hesitate. It runs without you.
9:38. You chase it. Stopped out.
9:52. You size up to make it back. Stopped again.
10:14. The email: account breached.
10:30. Three broken rules, and the same promise to yourself: tomorrow will be different.
And it adds up. The evaluation fees. The courses. The mornings you said “it went fine” when it didn’t. The quiet voice asking if you’re just not cut out for this.
That’s a question you can’t answer alone.
After a bad day, nobody reviews your trades. Nobody tells you which decision cost you. So you guess. You blame the strategy, buy another course, switch indicators, start another account. A few weeks later: same mistakes, different chart.
If your real problem is execution, a new strategy doesn’t fix it. It inherits it.
So what do professional traders do differently?
On a professional desk, nobody figures it out alone. Before a trade, there’s a plan: entry, stop, target, size. During it, someone is watching the risk. After it, win or lose, the decision gets reviewed.
That’s how professionals turn mistakes into fixes instead of habits.
Retail traders get a chart, a course, and a P&L. That’s it.
You don’t have a knowledge problem. You have a feedback problem.
Courses give you information. A desk gives you feedback. So I built a desk for retail traders: the DTR Funded Desk. A pro to learn from, someone reviewing your decisions, and accounts to trade.
For seven years, I traded at a multibillion-dollar hedge fund. One day, I took a trade, thought I saw a huge discount, and broke my position sizing rules. I thought that because it was a profitable trader nobody would care. But by lunch, the risk manager was at my desk, chewing me out. He didn’t care about the pnl. He cared that I broke my rules.
He told me that if I did it again, I would get fired. If I had a question, needed clearance, or wanted help, he was two desks away and would always answer my questions. So instead of freelancing it next time, I was more detailed. I didn’t make the same mistake, and I took the warning seriously.
On that desk, nobody traded alone. I didn’t think of that as special. It was just how the job worked. It was the only way everyone could thrive.
Then I started working with retail traders. And I was shocked by the poor coaching, hindsight call outs, and lifestyle driven marketing that was making traders worse. Not better. I knew I could do better and that I could introduce a Wall Street perspective to retail traders.
Smart, hard-working people were blowing up account after account. Not because they didn’t know enough. They had courses. They had strategies. What they didn’t have was anyone looking at their decisions. They weren’t part of a team that wanted them to win.
That was the moment it clicked. They didn’t need another strategy. They needed a desk. They needed a team to support their trading like I had with mine.
So I built the closest thing I could. I trade live every morning and call my trades before I take them. I go through my members’ journals with them. And through our funding program, they trade funded accounts up to $1M. That means our traders have less risk, more upside, and become profitable sooner. It's a win-win for everyone.
It isn’t magic, and it isn’t fast. But it’s how professionals are made. If you’re tired of doing this alone, book a call.

Answer a few quick questions, then pick a time. Yes, we'll cover the program and the investment. But first, we'll talk about your trading, or where you want it to go. And if you've never traded before, that's cool too. In fact, starting with a clean slate is perfect.
